United Kingdom Distag QCS Full time

Distag QCS, a rapidly expanding industrial distribution company, is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Northern Ireland region. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and growing business through new partnerships.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with key customers, and negotiating sales agreements. Your strong sales skills, product knowledge, and ability to work closely with internal teams will be essential in achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have relevant sales experience, preferably within the mechanical power transmission, hydraulic components, agricultural trailer parts, or bespoke products sectors. A degree in Business or Mechanical Engineering is beneficial but not essential. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach are also required.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive an attractive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a company vehicle, iPhone, and laptop. You will also enjoy social events and on-site parking.

This full-time role requires a 30-minute lunch break and occasional overtime may be necessary. However, you can expect a healthy work-life balance and regular recognition for your contributions to the company's success.
