Overview of the Position

The Club & Community Development Officer will play a key role in growing the game of squash in Northern Ireland by coordinating and delivering initiatives aligned with the Sport NI 'Power of Sport' Plan.

Responsibilities include providing support to existing clubs, establishing new clubs, and assisting clubs in expanding their junior sections and programmes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing positive working relationships with local clubs, coaches, volunteers, and partners to promote inclusive and welcoming squash programs and initiatives.

Salary and Benefits:
  • Estimated Salary: Approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum based on experience.
  • Flexible Working Arrangements: Flexible and remote working is available reflecting the Northern Ireland-based nature of the role.
