**Increase Participation in Squash Across Northern Ireland:**
Sport Northern Ireland is seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Northern Ireland Sports Coordinator. In this exciting position, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of squash in Northern Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs aimed at increasing squash participation, particularly among underrepresented groups. This will involve working closely with local clubs, coaches, volunteers, and partners such as Sport Northern Ireland, local councils, and university sports development teams.
**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**
- Developing and delivering sports programs, events, and initiatives
- Coordinating with local clubs, coaches, and volunteers to promote inclusive squash programs
- Assisting clubs in establishing and expanding junior sections and programs
- Increasing participation in local and provincial leagues within Northern Ireland
**The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:**
- A strong background in sports development and program management
- A proven track record of increasing participation in sports programs
- A full driving license
**We Offer:**
- A competitive salary (£38,000 - £48,000 per annum)
