Job Title: Regional Sales Lead

We are seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Lead to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business strategy and be able to drive sales growth through effective team management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a sales professional, preferably in the insurance industry. They must have a strong understanding of sales and negotiation skills to meet targets and drive business results. Additionally, they must possess excellent organisational and planning skills to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

As a Regional Sales Lead at Acorn by Synergie, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team of insurance professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional client service. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of insurance advisors working in the field.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet targets.
  • Provide regular coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their performance.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum dependent on skills and experience.
Location: Willand / Cullompton or Truro, UK.
