Supporting Children with SEN

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with SEN, assisting teachers in creating and delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will also help with classroom activities and work closely with families and carers to provide updates on progress and celebrate achievements.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children with SEN and be committed to helping them succeed. You will need to be patient, flexible, and creative in your approach to teaching and learning. Strong communication and teamwork skills are also essential for this role.
