Housing Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Support Worker to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. As a key member of our team, you will provide person-centred support to service users, helping them to achieve their goals and live independently.

About the Role

This part-time position involves working across 3/4 days, Monday-Sunday, with a shift pattern that includes 24 hours per week. You will be part of an amazing team that supports service users in their journey to re-engage within the community.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary between £24,000 (pro rata)

Key Responsibilities

As a Housing Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centred support to service users
  • Reporting any concerns or issues to the relevant authorities
  • Working collaboratively with the service user's support network
