Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough risk assessments and maintain accurate records in line with organizational policies and procedures.
- Support service users with their tenancies, addressing any challenges or vulnerabilities they may face.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement personalized support plans, promoting the well-being and self-sufficiency of our service users.
- Experience in supporting individuals sustain their tenancies, particularly those with vulnerabilities related to homelessness.
- Transferable skills that enable you to support vulnerable adults at risk of homelessness, such as those with a background in offending or gang violence.
In return for your dedication and expertise, we provide a competitive salary between £24,000 - £26,000, a comprehensive employee package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
