Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Support Worker to join our team at Brook Street UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals at risk of homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to clients, helping them to maintain stable housing and address underlying issues.
  • Work closely with clients to develop and implement tailored support plans, focusing on housing stability and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with local agencies and services to ensure seamless support and referrals.
  • Conduct regular home visits and assessments to monitor client progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in housing support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the role.
