We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Support Worker to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals at risk of homelessness to achieve their goals and live independently.
About the Role:
- Provide person-centred support to service users, empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services and achieve positive outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each service user.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum.
- A comprehensive employee package, including 24 days of annual leave, 8 bank holidays, and a birthday off.
