Housing Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Support Worker to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals at risk of homelessness to achieve their goals and live independently.

About the Role:

  • Provide person-centred support to service users, empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each service user.

  • A competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum.
