Location: Office based
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Admin Officer to join our team at Brook Street. As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative procedures and processes, assisting with budget preparation and control, and acting as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collating and analysing complex information or data, submitting results in a written report
- Preparing routine correspondence
- Assisting with budget preparation and control
- Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources
Requirements:
- Five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent)
- NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or suitable clerical experience
- Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
DBS: BPSS + Basic DBS
Working Hours: 9-5 full time
Contract End: 31/12/2024
