EU Vendor Partnership Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Retail Business Growth Strategist to join our Amazon team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities- Cultivate relationships with new vendors and negotiate annual terms to ensure long-term sustainable growth on Amazon.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve recruiting and onboarding processes, removing technical blockers and identifying areas for improvement.
- Analyze vendor performance and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive project results and achieve business objectives.
4+ years of experience in retail or business management/consulting, with expertise in negotiation and result delivery; fluency in English and Mandarin; Bachelor's degree; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year.
