EU Trust and Safety Specialist

We are seeking an experienced EU Trust and Safety Specialist to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our Amazon Partner Escalations Team, you will play a critical role in managing assigned casework, closing investigations by meeting expected quality and SLAs, and consulting with business partners across DSP Management, Corporate ER teams, Legal teams, PR and 3rd Party Vendors, Audit and Compliance.

About the Role:

  1. Manage assigned casework and close investigations by meeting expected quality and SLAs;
  2. Investigate claims with different levels of severity;
  3. Conduct deep dives on data from various internal systems; propose remedial action based on investigation findings;
  4. Consult and collaborate with business partners across DSP Management, Corporate ER teams, Legal teams, PR and 3rd Party Vendors, Audit and Compliance.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
