We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Onyx-Conseil. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits administration.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and implement various HR initiatives, such as new hire onboarding, employee recognition programs, and training sessions.
- Develop and maintain HR-related policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with management and employees to resolve conflicts and address workplace issues.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in HR systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
