We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Woods Foodservice Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
- Process and administer paperwork and documentation for new starters, leavers, and existing employee changes.
- Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to employees and management.
- Arrange and conduct new starter inductions and onboarding, and off-boarding processes.
- Support with formal meetings and employee relations cases.
- Process monthly payroll, pension, and benefits.
- Provide ad-hoc reports on HR matters.
- Manage employee company equipment register.
- Support with HR projects and initiatives.
- Proven experience in HR administration.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll administration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
