We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Woods Foodservice Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
  • Process and administer paperwork and documentation for new starters, leavers, and existing employee changes.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to employees and management.
  • Arrange and conduct new starter inductions and onboarding, and off-boarding processes.
  • Support with formal meetings and employee relations cases.
  • Process monthly payroll, pension, and benefits.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports on HR matters.
  • Manage employee company equipment register.
  • Support with HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR administration.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll administration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
