HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Woods Foodservice Limited. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all HR-related administration is processed efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR administration, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, handling new starter and leaver paperwork, and administering benefits and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Process new starter and leaver paperwork
- Administer benefits and payroll
- Manage employee records and databases
- Provide a high level of customer service to employees and managers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an HR administration role
- Strong understanding of HR administration and employment law
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
