Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telephony Sales Professional to join our team in Lichfield.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating relationships with prospective customers
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Maximising sales through proactive prospecting
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Liaising with the warehouse in relation to stock
  • Responding to email enquiries

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a telephony sales or customer service role
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
