Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Sales Executive to join our team at Options Resourcing Ltd.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a telephony sales or customer service role, with strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and administrative abilities.

You will be responsible for calling sales leads, speaking with potential customers, and proactively prospecting new business. Additionally, you will process and schedule customer orders efficiently, raise sales orders with accuracy, and make and answer sales calls.

Your duties will also include liaising with warehouse staff regarding stock, responding to email enquiries, building strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues, and completing general administration tasks.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a telephony sales or customer service environment
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum is on offer, along with benefits including free parking, a fully office-based working environment, company pension, and 23 days' holiday, including 3 Christmas shutdown days.
