About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our customers have a fantastic time at our centres.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for booking customers in, answering queries, and identifying sales opportunities. You will also be involved in hosting individuals and parties, maintaining a clean and tidy environment, and preparing and serving food and drinks.
