About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Management Surveyor to join our team at Workman LLP. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the daily operation of a diverse property portfolio consisting of commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service to our clients, including institutional fund management clients, and supervising a team of property managers, graduates, and on-site staff. You will work closely with our Property Accounts team to ensure accurate financial reporting and prepare detailed client reports on a quarterly, annual, and ad hoc basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the provision of common services to properties and tenants
- Work with landlords and tenants on all matters relating to their property portfolio
- Conduct or arrange property inspections
- Assist clients in the acquisition and disposal of properties
- Deal with tenant applications for consent to assign, sublet, and alter

As a Senior Property Management Surveyor at Workman LLP, you can expect a hybrid working arrangement that offers a great work-life balance, with a minimum of three days in the office. You will be offered a full-time contract with core hours of 10 am - 4 pm, allowing for additional flexibility.
