Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Junior Assistant/Runner to join our team at Antonia Saunders. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Private PAs and other household staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with diary management, travel arrangements, and household office admin
  • Run errands and source gifts as required
  • Update household inventories and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Hardworking and willing individual with excellent communication skills
  • Confident and organized with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours. 5 days per week in the office - no working from home.

Salary: c. £25,000 DOE.
