Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to lead our digital transformation efforts in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management. As Head of IT Business Partnering, you will drive the implementation of ERP and MES solutions to enhance our vaccine manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with site management to understand and support their IT needs, ensuring seamless alignment with broader initiatives.
  • Lead the transformation of solutions leveraging ERP, MES, and surrounding systems to optimize vaccine manufacturing and supply chain management.
  • Develop and maintain digital and IT roadmaps in alignment with business strategic plans, evaluating standard solutions to maximize investments.
  • Collaborate with digital and IT functions to maximize business value while ensuring strategic alignment, compliance, security, and technology standards.
  • Plan, execute, and close digital and IT projects to realize business goals in cooperation with business and IT functions and partner vendors.
Requirements
  • Experience managing IT operations in a manufacturing, logistics, or similar environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge in the area of MES and/or ERP is essential, with at least 3 years of configuration experience in either ERP submodules or MES applications.
  • Preferred ERP Key User experience and PMP or equivalent certification.
