About the Role:

The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Enterprise Solutions Technology division. This includes managing and tracking data across various operational activities, coordinating tasks and managing constituent inter-dependencies, and overseeing risks and issues arising.

The Enterprise Solutions Technology division is a dynamic and innovative team that provides industry-leading solutions and data services to our clients. We are a collaborative and fast-paced environment that values creativity, teamwork, and excellence.

The Impact:

As a Business Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling effective change and realizing operational targets. You will work closely with the Business Management Team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and track data across various operational activities
  • Coordinate tasks and manage constituent inter-dependencies
  • Oversee risks and issues arising
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Business Management Team to achieve operational targets
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to obtain information from contributors to required deadlines and quality
