Job Description

Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at VML Enterprise Solutions. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of services to clients, ensuring that all agreed-upon SLAs are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Lead and manage a team of service delivery professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services, including technical teams and account managers.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients, including service performance metrics and trends.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to service delivery, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to prevent or resolve issues.
