Process Plant Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Carlisle. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant.
Salary: up to £44,591.95 per annum DOE
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out plant upgrades and modifications, reporting all work through our computerized maintenance management system, and developing a programme of planned preventative maintenance. You will also be working closely with experienced technicians and external contractors, so it's essential that you have good interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with experience working in a process or production environment. A degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is preferable but not essential; however, your practical experience should be proven.
The salary for this role is up to £44,591.95 per annum, depending on experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Carrying out plant upgrades and modifications
- Reporting all work through our computerized maintenance management system
- Developing a programme of planned preventative maintenance

- Ensuring all company policies, processes, and procedures are followed
- Experience working in a process or production environment
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
