Job Title: Private Client Secretary

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Private Client Secretary to provide administrative support to our Solicitors in Herne Bay. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full secretarial support, including arranging appointments, dealing with client queries, and preparing correspondence and documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing full secretarial support to Solicitors, including arranging appointments and dealing with client queries.
  • Preparing correspondence and documents, including audio typing via the digital dictation system.
  • Filing, photocopying, and opening/closing client files in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining and coordinating Solicitors' diaries and diary notes, and reporting on these as necessary.
  • Accompanying Solicitors on client visits and dealing with document retrieval and retention.
  • Photocopying complex and/or certified documents, and liaising with the Records Management Team.
  • Providing general office administrative duties, including answering incoming calls and greeting visitors.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A salary will be discussed during the interview process.
