**Sales Team Coordinator Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service to our hosted clients and their resources.

As a Sales Team Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing client relationships and engagement, including commercial pricing submissions, contract renewals, and candidate issue resolution.

You will oversee the management of all hosted resources, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly, and administer processing on our CRM system for extensions, amendments, and new placements.

Collaborating with the commercial team for onboarding and working with international compliance partners to support hosted resources is also a key responsibility.

Maintaining accurate data tracking on the company CRM system and providing regular weekly and monthly tracking reports to your manager is essential.

You will utilize CRM databases and undertake complex enquiries to ensure seamless client service.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Manage client relationships and engagement.
  • Oversee the management of all hosted resources.
  • Administer processing on our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team.
  • Maintain accurate data tracking.
  • Utilize CRM databases.
**Requirements**
