Key Responsibilities:
- Lease apartments in accordance with occupancy goals
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve any issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent customer service, sales, and negotiation skills
- Ability to read and understand lease documents

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
