Customer Services Coordinator

Our client, one of the world's largest integrated international Container Transportation and Logistics companies, are currently seeking a Customer Services Coordinator for their team based in Suffolk.
As the Customer Services Coordinator, you will be acting as the main point of contact for all customer service enquiries, building relationships & retaining customer preference for the company.
You will be identifying customer booking pattern and pro-actively engaging with customers regarding future changes or constraints to products.
The successful Customer Services Coordinator will have knowledge of Excel and Iris 4, good phone skills and the ability to work both as part of a close team and independently.
**Key functions of Customer Services Coordinator**:
- Introduce e-commerce capabilities and assess customer readiness
- Promote new market / service opportunities and business development areas
- Manage company initiated changes to minimise disruption
- Manage customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and follow ups to ensure resolution was successful
