Extra Care Support Worker - Lymington

SCA Care is currently recruiting for a dedicated and caring Extra Care Support Worker to join our team in Lymington. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.

Job Description:
This full-time position involves providing personalized care and support to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs. Shift patterns include 07:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 21:15, with long day shifts available with an hour break.

Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, respecting their individuality and preferences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, prioritizing resident-centered care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
