Sales and Capacity Tactical Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Capacity Tactical Planner to join our team at Ocado Logistics. As a key member of our planning function, you will be responsible for producing and verifying future weekly plans with the highest possible accuracy and asset efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Produce and verify future weekly plans aligned with forecasted demand targets and available capacities.
- Ensure the most cost-effective delivery of goods while maintaining accuracy within set targets.
- Quickly adapt to changing CFC ramp plans and ensure effective slot availability for customers via the website.
- Set up and maintain live route data and coordinate resources across various planning functions.
- Identify potential savings and improvements, support their implementation, and ensure communication and coordination with team members and managers to meet site goals and strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, great attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to analyse and impart knowledge are essential. Good organisational abilities, including the capacity to plan and prioritise, high levels of customer service, and excellent time management skills are also required.
