Sales and Capacity Planning Role

About the Position:

The Sales and Capacity Planner plays a key role in our organisation, responsible for achieving forecasted sales targets by ensuring the efficient use of resources is available each day to meet customer demand. This role requires shift-based work to support the 24/7 operation of the business, involving regular weekends and evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate plans to ensure slot availability and effective communication
  • React promptly to demand changes and coordinate resources
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills for daily logistics management and stakeholder interaction
  • Efficiency, accuracy, and effective workload management
  • Strong numerical, literacy, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced knowledge preferred
  • Operational or retail planning/logistics experience is advantageous
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and the capability to work independently or in a team under pressure
  • Analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions
