About the Role

The Sales and Capacity Planner is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the efficient use of resources to meet customer demand. This role involves maintaining accurate plans, reacting promptly to demand changes, and coordinating resources to achieve forecasted sales targets.

About You

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, efficiency, accuracy, and effective workload management. Strong numerical, literacy, and organisational skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Operational or retail planning/logistics experience is advantageous. Self-motivation, adaptability, and the capability to work independently or in a team under pressure are necessary. Analytical skills are required to assess data and make informed decisions.
