About the Role

The Sales and Capacity Planner is a critical position responsible for achieving forecasted sales targets by ensuring the most efficient use of resources. This role involves maintaining accurate plans, reacting promptly to demand changes, and coordinating resources to meet customer demand.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills for daily logistics management and stakeholder interaction
  • Efficiency, accuracy, and effective workload management
  • Strong numerical, literacy, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced knowledge preferred
  • Operational or retail planning/logistics experience is advantageous
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and the capability to work independently or in a team under pressure
  • Analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions
