Engineering Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team at First Achieve Ltd. This is a permanent position offering a salary up to £55k and the opportunity to work on complex projects with significant value.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management, technical knowledge of energy engineering, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for managing project delivery schedules, identifying risks, and providing guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project delivery schedules, including identification of critical path items and capture of QA/QC elements.
- Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective project delivery.
- Identify and assess risks, developing strategies to mitigate their impact on the business.
- Support Sales in preparing bids and quotations, ensuring technical, operational, and commercial aspects are addressed.
