We are looking for a skilled Early Years Trainer or Trainee to join our team in the Norfolk region. As a key member of our team, you will support learners to achieve their goals through our Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or Adult Learning short courses.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent
  • Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting
  • A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE)
  • Experience in building and managing your own caseload
  • IT competence with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
