About the Role:
Ventula Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process excellence and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end improvement projects, deploying a structured approach to drive business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify and standardize processes, reducing complexity and improving efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies and best practices.
- Provide stakeholder management and communication, effectively engaging teams to drive change and adoption.
- Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to support process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
Requirements:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar certification.
- Proven experience in process improvement, with a strong track record of delivering business value.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels, with a customer-centric approach.
