Senior Maintenance Engineer

Our client, a renowned manufacturer based in Northamptonshire, is seeking an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance and repair of their manufacturing machinery. This role requires a professional with a mechanical or electrical bias, yet comfortable working in both areas.
Salary: £47,500 (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled engineer to maintain and improve our manufacturing process. As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Undertaking mechanical and electrical engineering activities to support planned and unplanned work
- Scheduling and conducting PPMs on plant and equipment
- Monitoring the efficiency of our processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Diagnosing and repairing faults, as well as installing and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum NVQ Level 3 in Engineering, with experience in both mechanical and electrical engineering
- A background in maintenance engineering within a production environment
