Job Overview
Future Engineering is seeking a skilled Senior Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our equipment used in the automotive industry for MOTs across the UK.

Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in performing routine maintenance and service work on MOT equipment and garage equipment. This role will involve:
  • Providing full product training to ensure up-to-date knowledge of our equipment
  • Carrying out routine maintenance on MOT equipment and garage equipment to prevent downtime and maintain optimal performance
  • Performing service work on tyre changing machinery and wheel balancers to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Good mechanical engineering skills, with some electrical knowledge
  • A background as a mechanic, mechanical engineer, field service engineer, or technician
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to travel around the Northampton area
