About the role
This is a challenging and rewarding position for a skilled individual looking to make a difference in education. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of tutors and volunteers to deliver high-quality tuition sessions to disadvantaged pupils.
You will work closely with schools to develop and implement effective programmes, ensuring that our pupils achieve their full potential. Your excellent communication and organisational skills will be essential in managing multiple stakeholders and prioritising tasks.
We are seeking someone with a strong academic background and experience in youth work or classroom teaching. If you are passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact, this could be the ideal role for you.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of tutors and volunteers to deliver tuition sessions

Essential qualifications and experience
- Qualified Teacher Status and/or significant experience in the youth work sector

- Experience in monitoring and evaluating performance data
- Strong dedication to child protection and safeguarding
