About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team at the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust. As a key member of our Business Resources team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our workforce and the delivery of our strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational HR support to our business unit leaders and managers, ensuring compliance with UK employment law, and driving continuous improvement in HR practices. You will also lead employee communication, enhance manager capability through training, and contribute to the development of policies and programmes to foster a positive, productive, and engaged workforce.

We are happy to discuss the possibilities of hybrid and flexible working and will accommodate a pattern of work that suits the candidate. Traditionally, office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with an hour lunch break.
