HR Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team at the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust. As a key member of our Business Resources team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our workforce, driving continuous improvement in HR practices, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational HR support to the Trust, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and best practices.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the Trust's business objectives and values.
- Lead employee communication, training, and development initiatives to enhance manager capability and foster a positive, productive, and engaged workforce.
- Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Trust to support the achievement of our strategic goals, particularly within the 'Organisational Effectiveness, Capacity & Culture' strand of our strategy.
