About the Role
Tribal Tech, a leading digital agency, is seeking an experienced Digital Performance Marketing Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to drive performance-focused campaigns across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Performance Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing paid social media strategies that align with client goals and objectives. Your primary focus will be on delivering maximum ROI through campaign optimization and analytics-driven decision-making.

Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement performance-driven paid social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other major platforms.
- Align strategies with client key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure all campaigns are measurable and focused on return on investment (ROI).
- Implement and optimize paid social campaigns to achieve maximum performance and delivery against set KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, industry trends, and new tools or technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular insights, updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Foster strong client relationships by ensuring client satisfaction and retention through excellent communication and project management skills.
- Present campaign performance, trends, and growth opportunities to clients, highlighting the value of the work delivered.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead a team of Paid Social Managers and Executives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success and growth.
- Collaborate with other teams such as programmatic, creative, and data analytics to create integrated media solutions for clients.
- Promote a positive team environment that encourages creativity, knowledge sharing, and professional development.

Performance Optimization & Analysis
- Monitor and analyze campaign data to make informed optimizations and improve performance and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Provide detailed post-campaign reports and analysis, highlighting successes, learnings, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track performance, evaluate success, and ensure consistent data accuracy.

Budget & Financial Management
- Oversee budget allocation, bid management, and pacing to ensure optimal use of client budgets and achieve or surpass KPIs.
- Ensure campaigns remain within budget while delivering high-performance results.
- Contribute to client forecasting, helping to set and manage client expectations for budget and performance.

Salary Range
$80,000 - $120,000 per year depending on experience, plus benefits.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in paid social media with a focus on performance campaigns.
- Proven success in managing large-scale paid social campaigns across major platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and insights to drive campaign performance.
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations effectively.
- High proficiency in social media management tools, ad platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights and strategies clearly to clients and team members.
