Child Welfare Specialist

Vetro Recruitment is currently seeking a Child Welfare Specialist to join our fostering service. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with National Minimum Standards and supporting carers to provide safe environments for children.
Job Description- Recruitment and Support: Recruit, approve, train, and support foster carers to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Form F Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of potential foster carers and present to the fostering panel.
- Monitoring: Produce key monitoring information to inform decision-making.
As a Child Welfare Specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders involved in a child's plan, promoting the child's need for contact as assessed and agreed. You will also undertake tasks with children or carers as appropriate.
