Job Title: Residential Child Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Child Care Specialist. As a key member of our children's homes, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for young people.

About the Role:
As a Residential Child Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing care and support to children with complex needs. This includes building meaningful relationships, advocating for their needs, and working closely with senior staff to ensure their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a caring and supportive environment that meets the emotional, social, and physical needs of children.
* Build strong relationships with children who may have experienced trauma or adversity.
* Work collaboratively with senior staff to advocate for children's needs and provide individualized support.

What We Offer:
* A competitive salary: £28,176 - £31,101 per annum.
* Additional benefits: £40.77 per sleep-in shift (average 4 per month), 2 weekends off every 4 weeks, overtime at time and a quarter for hours beyond 37, South Yorkshire Pension Authority contributions, and competitive leave entitlement (up to 33 days, excluding public holidays).
