Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Multi-Skilled

Are you a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to join our team in Belfast.

About the Role

This is a varied and challenging role that requires a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills. As a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering continuous improvement initiatives, as well as proactive and reactive maintenance and repairs to the plant and site services associated with a major bakery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and correct automation, electrical and mechanical issues to resolve breakdown situations
  • Ensure our engineering strategy is delivered consistently
  • Deliver turn-key improvement projects in a timely and cost-efficient manner
  • Drive the performance of the Engineering function forward
  • Focus on safe working practices and site performance KPI's including OEE and CCOs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Higher National Certificate (HNC) in an electrical, automation or multiskilled engineering discipline
  • Suitable experience in a similar role
  • Flexibility and co-operation to assist in meeting business needs

We offer a competitive salary of £44,962 (multi-skilled) or £43,691 (single skilled) working on a continental shift pattern. In addition to the attractive rate of pay, you will also benefit from an excellent package inclusive of:
