Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Belfast - Competitive Salary and Benefits

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with HAYS Specialist Recruitment, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's electrical systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring performance and carrying out fault diagnosis and running adjustments/repairs as necessary.
  • Continuous process improvement, including preventative maintenance, maintaining utilities, modifications and maintaining the spares package at site.
  • Providing support for the installation and commissioning of new plant and equipment.

Our client offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including:

  • 6% paid by the employer into company pension, based on 6% employee contribution.
  • Enhanced overtime rates paid at 1.5 up until Saturday at 14:00 and at double time from 14:00 Saturday and all day Sunday.
  • 25 days holidays plus 9 stat days (may be required to work up to 5 of these, but you will be paid double time for this day and can use your stat day at another time).
  • Additional amount paid to be a first-aider and full training is provided.
  • Cycle to Work Scheme.
  • Sick pay depending on length of service.
