Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Belfast

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with HAYS Specialist Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's electrical systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring performance and conducting fault diagnosis and repairs as necessary.
  • Implementing continuous process improvement initiatives, including preventative maintenance, utility management, and modifications to maintain a robust spares package.
  • Providing support for the installation and commissioning of new plant and equipment.

Our client offers a competitive package, including:

  • 6% employer contribution to a company pension, based on a 6% employee contribution.
  • Enhanced overtime rates paid at 1.5 times up until Saturday at 14:00 and double time from 14:00 Saturday and all day Sunday.
  • 25 days' annual leave plus 9 statutory days (with the option to work up to 5 of these and receive double time).
  • Additional benefits, including a Cycle to Work Scheme and sick pay based on length of service.
