**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled SERVICE OPERATIONS LEAD to lead our Service Operations Engineering team. As part of this role, you will plan team workloads, ensure sufficient resource allocation, and manage operations engineering teams to adhere to all policies and procedures.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, troubleshoot network issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

In addition, you will act as a point of escalation for all service-related technical issues, provide hardware support, and carry out changes, deployments, and patching on live infrastructure while minimizing service impact.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

This position requires strong leadership skills, a CCNA certification, experience with Linux operating systems and infrastructure applications, Python, Bash, and basic knowledge of web servers and SQL databases.

Around £65,000 per year salary. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package including life insurance, private health scheme, salary sacrifice pension, 25 days holiday + bank/public holidays, 5 holiday hours, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, cycle to work scheme, and EV salary sacrifice scheme.
