Workshop Powered Access Engineer Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Powered Access Engineer to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical engineering background and experience with powered access equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing, repairing, and maintaining electrically powered access equipment, including cherry pickers and scissor lifts
  • Performing LOLER inspections on powered access equipment and other plant
  • Keeping accurate service records up to date
  • Ensuring adherence to workshop health and safety rules and regulations

Requirements:

  • Desirable experience in a similar role
  • CAP qualification desirable but not essential
  • Strong electrical background in powered access or plant industry
  • Ability to work well as a team and independently
  • Good administrative and organisational skills
  • Commutable distance to Bedford

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of £32,000-£50,000 dependant on experience
  • 40 hour working week with flexibility on hours
