The Commercial division is responsible for sales and technical support of all our pool and spa products to commercial customers across the UK. You will handle technical and sales enquiries via phone, email, and occasionally face-to-face, troubleshoot technical issues, prepare written quotations, coordinate projects, and liaise with internal teams.
This office-based role involves working 37 hours a week within a close-knit and knowledgeable team. You will primarily communicate with customers over the phone and via email, requiring good IT skills, particularly Excel knowledge and the ability to learn our in-house system AS400.
Previous experience in a business-to-business sales environment and knowledge of the Mechanical and Electrical Industry are beneficial. We offer a salary range of £30,000-£32,000, 25 days holiday, a 4% pension contribution, discretionary bonus scheme, and free parking.
